Requests: Recipes

During conversation, I was asked "do you have the recipe for Lamingtons & Pavlova? I have been searching for many years and have not been able to find the recipes".

My family has an original cookbook, it was one of the first ever published in New Zealand - The Edmund's Cookbook. Previously, only two cookbooks had been created. While in recent years, many different versions began appearing. But, there was only one book which carried the best recipes, no copies could compare - the first deluxe edition went on sale in 1955.

My family and I were fortunate to receive a different version: The 25th Anniversary Edition.
